Switch To Home EV Charging Today

The most convenient and affordable way to charge your EV is at home. Charge faster and more affordably, so your EV is ready to go when you are.

Why install a dedicated EV charger at home?

A standard power point works, but it’s slow and not designed for daily EV charging. Public chargers are fast, but they’re often expensive, busy, and out of your control. A dedicated home EV charger gives you the best balance of speed, cost, and convenience. Built specifically to charge your car safely, every day.

Faster

A dedicated home charger delivers up to 4x faster charging than a standard household outlet, so your EV is ready when you need it.

Cheaper

Charging at home is significantly cheaper than public charging. Power your EV for as little as ~4¢ per km, compared to ~13¢ per km using public chargers.*

Smarter

Set schedules, automate charging, and manage electrical load to suit your home and lifestyle. Smart charging gives you control, safety, and peace of mind — without daily effort.

Future Ready

Designed to integrate with home solar, EV energy plans, and emerging energy services. Your charger becomes part of your home energy system, not just a plug on the wall.

Bidirectional Charging

What is V2G and V2H?

Use your energy wherever you need it.

Bidirectional chargers transform your EV into a giant battery bank that can power your home, a holiday cabin, or feed excess energy back into the grid.

V2H – Vehicle to Home

Use excess EV energy to power your home during blackouts or when energy rates are high.

V2G – Vehicle to Grid

Feed excess solar energy back into the grid for additional savings on your bills.

Solar Enabled Charging

The cheapest way to charge your EV!

Charge your EV for free with your own solar power. Solar-aware chargers automatically use excess solar energy instead of buying from the grid.

The Cheapest Energy

Charge your EV with solar power instead of grid energy. Solar-aware chargers draw unused energy from solar panels, making your fuel costs virtually zero.

The Cleanest Energy

Power your EV with renewable solar energy from your own roof. Solar charging eliminates fossil fuels entirely, making your EV 100% emissions-free.

FAQs
The questions most Australians ask before they buy.
Do I need to upgrade my home's electrical system?

Most modern Australian homes (built after 2000) can support a 7kW EV charger without upgrades. Our electricians will assess your setup during installation and let you know if any upgrades are needed.

Can I charge in the rain?

Absolutely. EV chargers are weatherproof and designed for outdoor use in all conditions. They’re as safe as charging your phone—just on a bigger scale.

What if I rent or live in an apartment?

If you have a garage or designated parking spot, you can often get landlord approval for a charger. We can help with that conversation. For apartments, check if your building has shared charging infrastructure.

How long does installation take?

Most installations are completed in 3–4 hours. Our electrician will arrive, install the charger, test it, and show you how to use it—all in a single visit.

Will my electricity bill go up?

An EV adds about $30–50/month to your electricity bill if charging overnight on off-peak rates. Compare that to $200–300/month for petrol, and you’re still way ahead.
