Are your prices fixed?

Yes — all our quotes are fixed, with no hidden call-out fees or surprise costs. What you see in your quote is exactly what you’ll pay.

What’s included in the installation price?

Our standard installation includes labour, activation, testing, and a short tutorial on using your charger and app. It also covers the materials needed for a typical single-phase install up to 15 metres from your switchboard.

What if my home setup needs extra work?

If your installation requires additional work — for example, a switchboard upgrade, longer cabling, or trenching — we’ll let you know upfront before proceeding. You’ll receive an updated quote for approval first.

Do I need to buy the charger from you?

No — you can purchase a charger through us or supply your own. We’ll still provide a fixed-price installation quote either way.

Is the installation covered by warranty?

Yes — all installations include a 2-year workmanship warranty, and chargers are supplied with a 2- to 5-year manufacturer warranty, depending on the model.

How do I pay?

We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer. All payments are required upfront before installation is scheduled.

How do I get a quote?

The installers arrived on time, were friendly & efficient, explained their work before & after the job & did excellent work in what was a difficult installation.
