 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with RemServ regarding the installation of my EV charger.

I was provided with a quote for installation, which I accepted and paid in full. Before proceeding, we specifically called RemServ to confirm that this was the total cost and that there would be no additional charges. We were assured this was the case.

However, when the installation company arrived, they advised that there was absolutely no way the charger could be installed for the quoted amount. They then provided an additional quote that was almost as much as the original, leaving me paying more than double what I had initially agreed to.

I find this completely unacceptable. I made my decision based on the quoted price and took the extra step of confirming the cost before paying. Had I known the true cost, I may have made a different decision.

I feel seriously let down by RemServ and believe the original quote and assurances should have been honoured. I would appreciate an explanation of how this happened and what RemServ intends to do to address the additional costs I incurred.
