BEFORE YOU ASK FOR A PRICE
Will it work at my place?

Six things decide your install cost. You can answer all of them standing at your switchboard with your phone.

What's included in the installed price?

Charger, licensed electrician, up to 15 m of cable, a dedicated circuit with RCBO and isolator, the compliance certificate, network notification and commissioning. Switchboard upgrades, extra cable and trenching are quoted separately and shown on your quote before you accept.

Live stock is shown above before you request a quote. In-stock chargers ship in 2 business days; anything on backorder shows its next shipment date on your quote.

You get a tracking link by SMS and email the moment your charger leaves our warehouse. You can also look it up any time with your reference number — you don’t need to call us.

Currently 3–5 weeks from when you accept your quote. Your installer contacts you within 2 business days of acceptance to book the exact date. If your date moves, we tell you — you don’t have to chase it.

Every EV sold in Australia uses Type 2, so any charger we sell fits any EV — including Teslas, no adapter. What differs is charge speed: some cars cap at 7 kW AC, so a 22 kW charger won’t be faster for them. Tell us your car and we’ll confirm on your quote.

Most homes don’t. You need a free slot on your switchboard for a dedicated circuit — if the board is full or has ceramic fuses, it needs an upgrade, from $650. Three-phase is only worth it for very high daily mileage or future V2G. Send a photo of your board and we’ll confirm before you accept.

Nothing at quote stage. A 20% deposit when you accept, and the balance after the install passes and your compliance certificate is issued. We don’t ask for the full amount before the work is done.

Yes, with the right charger. Solar-diverting chargers like the Zappi use CT clamps at your meter to charge from surplus solar only. Tell us your inverter brand and system size and we’ll spec it correctly — retrofitting this later costs more.

Tethered cables come in 5 m and 7.5 m. Measure from the charger’s position to your car’s charge port with the car parked as you normally would. If in doubt go longer — swapping later means a new charger.

Within 2 business days of you accepting. You get their name, licence number and direct mobile. If you haven’t heard from them by then, reply to your confirmation email and we escalate it the same day.

The charger carries its manufacturer warranty (3–5 years depending on model) and our installation workmanship is warranted for 5 years. Either way you call us on one number — we deal with the manufacturer, not you.

We check your postcode before quoting so you never get a price we can’t deliver at. If we don’t currently cover you, we say so immediately rather than quoting and cancelling later.

Cancel any time before your installer is dispatched and your deposit is refunded in full, back to the original payment method within 5 business days. After dispatch, hardware already shipped is subject to return freight.

One business day to arrive, valid for 30 days. If it expires we’ll re-issue it at the same price where stock and pricing allow. Didn’t receive it? Have it resent rather than submitting again.
