What the discount is worth, and what waiting costs

The Cheaper Home Batteries Program pays 6.8 certificates for every usable kWh installed between 1 May and 31 December 2026 — roughly $250 a kWh. We claim it and take it off your price, so there is nothing for you to lodge.

Picking one is mostly arithmetic
1
We start at your bill

Twelve months of usage tells us what you draw after sunset. That number sizes the battery. Roof size and panel count come second.

2
Then your switchboard

Board condition, available space and your supply type rule some products out before price is even on the table. We check this before quoting, not on install day.

3
We say no when it does not add up

We sell batteries only where the payback works for the household. If your usage pattern does not suit storage yet, we will tell you that and leave the quote open.

What the price covers

One number, six pieces of work. Nothing on this list appears later as a variation.

Site assessment

Before quoting we inspect your photos, checking switchboard, supply type and layout so we know exactly what is needed.

System design

Our SAA-accredited designers lay out the battery placement, inverter location and wiring route to minimize visual clutter and cable runs.

Network approvals

We manage pre-approvals and network paper with United Energy, Jemena, CitiPower or Endeavour before the tools ever come out.

Installation

An SAA-accredited A-Grade electrician completes the install, with zero subcontracting. Standard install covers up to 10m cabling.

Aftercare

We are local and here long-term. If things go wrong, we deal with the manufacturer and manage replacement parts under the 10-year warranty.

Rebate handling

We deduct federal and state discounts at point of sale and manage claims, so you never pay the full price up front.

See a price before anyone visits

Tell us your postcode, your supply and roughly what you use after dark. We come back with a shortlist and an installed price against each one.
